F.E.A.S.T. Donation Opportunities
My Donation History

Special Fundraising Initiatives:

What is F.E.A.S.T.?

F.E.A.S.T. (Families Empowered and Supporting Treatment of Eating Disorders) is an international charitable organization run by volunteers and supported entirely by donations from the public. F.E.A.S.T.'s primary mission is to support parents and caregivers of eating disorder patients. We have no paid staff or directors, no office space or equipment, and all our operations are run by dedicated volunteers working together "virtually" around the world.

For demographic and financial information, please see our most recent Executive Director's Report from April 2013.

How does your donation help?

Donations of all sizes are welcome, and are used to support services such as our website, online forum, outreach materials, conference participation, technology services, postage, and office supplies.

  • $25 US pays for one month of our Around the Dinner Table online forum.
  • $35 US per month funds our phone service, where caregivers can call for information.
  • $750 US pays for our website for a year.
  • $1,000 US enables our executive director to attend a US conference. Our presence at professional conferences allows us to speak about familiy involvement, advocate for evidence-based treatment, promote FEAST’s principles, and bring parent/carer concerns directly to leaders and other advocates in the field.
  • $1,500 US pays our legal and insurance costs for the year.
  • $2,000 US allows us to fund an exhibit booth at a professional ED conference.

For information on In-Kind Donations, Memorial Donations and/or Legacy Gifts, please contact F.E.A.S.T.'s Executive Director.

Donation Policy:

F.E.A.S.T. is dedicated to remaining independent and family-focused.

For this reason, it is our policy to accept donations from private individuals but decline donations, advertisements, or sponsorships from eating disorder treatment providers as well as other business concerns who sell or provide treatment services to families.

If you are a treatment provider and wish to support F.E.A.S.T.'s work, we have several ideas on ways that you can help the parent community - please contact us.

If you would like to make an in-kind donation, hold a fundraiser for F.E.A.S.T., or volunteer your time, please contact us.

Forms of payment:

Donations can be made ONLINE by electronic check, PayPal, or major credit card. If you prefer, you may mail paper checks* to:
